independent Research on William Eggleston

William Eggleston is one of the most influential photographers of the last half-century.
William is the innovator of colour documentary photography arguably and I think has some great photographs and have lots of high contrasts. I like the way in some of his photographs you have a feel of sadness and loneliness. William was born on July 27th 1939 in Memphis Tennessee.


Eggleston's prices for a photograph are expensive. You can pay up to £200,000 for one of his photographs. most of the work is in large format. The quality and of this photograph looks and feels like Eggleston's work.
